Check-in is at the central reception at Nieuwezijds Armsteeg 5, right near Central Station. From there you are escorted to your room or apartment.
Please advise us of your time of arrival.
Towels and bedding are being provided and are only renewed and cleaned upon request, without cost.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
