On the day of arrival, please contact the phone number which will be sent to you after your reservation. Call at least 1 hour in advance so that an employee can arrange your check-in time and hand over the keys to you.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges may be applicable.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
